As much as I love how you drew this, you got her possibly most defining feature wrong. Her eyes.
Her left eye is pink and her right eye is brown, opposite her hair which is pink on the right and brown on the left.

One of the few things we've learned about Neo is her eye's change colors, pink and brown seem to be the most common but she's had green, white and purple eyes too. Lovely work btw.
