A couple of weeks ago, I downloaded the QCD player to check it out. And WOW, there it is, QCD has replaced WinAMP as my player of choice. This is an awesome player - unfortunately, there is a severe shortage of QCD skins. I hope to remedy this situation - and this is my start. This is only the first mode for this skin, and it's pretty large on the screen, but I'm working on some other smaller modes for it. (Thus the name 'Things to Come') This mode is mostly functional, but lacks some features in this mode; I have chosen to present it here because I had to have SOMETHING to post for DevART's First Birthday!! Plus, I want to get some response to the skin, and I want to promote QCD and encourage everyone to look at it - and maybe expand the skin libraries - it's truly a worthwhile program.Happy B-Day DevART!

Did you ever get this so that all the features worked? I'd love to have it for my qcd, even if it's missing stuff..

I went to check out your Medusa when it got DS, started following links to go d/l QCD, and found *this* deviation.

It's certainly large but damn it's got a great feel to it. The dials for the fx and master volly are great! Well, the whole skin is great.
The runic effect is awesomely complimented by the vis fx in the centre of the design - and vice-versa. Almost stargate-ish.
Great work. Submit it to the QCD site if you haven't already.

WOW; *drooling*, holy cow batman, this the real deal holifield, what a start- i've never used QCD, but i've downloaded it so i can use your skin (its pretty darn cool)- your skin is just breathtaking, great start, hope to see more from you in the future. Bravo

Hey - I'm the birthday boy! Thanx to all (esp B6) for the DS. One thing I think I should mention - the circle of light in the middle is the AVS window; not what the skin always looks like. I'm sorry for those of you who have to download the 2Mb+ file on a dial-up account to get the player, but it's worth it!

Tis a damn spiffy looking skin even if it is rather large and I don't even use QCD. Congrats on the DS though, it's well deserved. the detail is great and the whole thing gives off such a feeling of rustic-ancientness [don't ask me if that's a word cuz I wouldn't have a clue oO]. The little funky lights in the middle add some nice colour to it as well.

Never used QCD, but this looks great. The symbol-buttons are nice, and this reminds me of some form of Talisman from a long-lost high-techi civilisation, maybe.

Spectacular for your first QCD skin. The rough texture gives off a very nice 'ancient' feel to it and the lights in the middle simply make the piece. Excellent work all around.
