I've got a nasty cold right now... and there's no better therapy than creating cool art, agreed? ^_^Anyway, here is a new artwork for you!!
It's a "remake" of my oldest "Reptile" comic book (cover art). Here is the original version:

And... I've tried to use the digital media in a more "painted" style... no hard cell shading but smooth gradients and edges. I'm pretty pleased with the result, because I've drawn it the same way I would draw a traditional artwork!

Oh... and I'd like to note one thing: EVERYTHING is drawn by hand! No photos or filter crap this time!!

This picture strongly reminds me covers from the first two Warcraft games - just replace Reptile with generic orc, they're both green anyway. I don't know if that was intended or purely accidental.
Aaah, "Schicksalkampf". I won't criticise the graphics in this comic, because a) you made it quite a long time ago b) I probably wouldn't be able to draw better anyway. What did really hurt me while reading it is that I saw no rational reason why would Reptile actually join Xevon's army. Especially when I remind that Xevon was kinda famous for slaughtering a lot of Reptilians (but that was probably not in the concept when you were making this comic). This "I like you" (absolutely unprecise translation of "du gefällst mich" - ours would be "podobasz mi się", which is much closer... but I digress) sounds... unconvincing. However, that is still nothing compared to that invasion of plot holes in the next comic ""Kraft der Magie". I mean... I was really disappointed, because I expected much from such a cross-over involving our world.
Aaah, screw this. I think I'll just content myself with "Der Kreis des Verderbens", which in my opinion is the best of your comics. Even though I could still bitch & moan a bit about some plot holes. I'm afraid I couldn't appreciate "Freezing Storm" much, because I'm merely not familiar with Star Trek universe (my whole experience with it are whole two movies - including that new one released in 2009 - and "Star Trek: Armada" computer game, which I didn't even finish - although I reinstalled it lately and I'm trying to do it).
BTW wasn't Reptile smiling on the original picture? I mean, it's not too visible, but the edges of his mouth are clearly directed upwards.

SOMEBODY finally figured that out, hehehehehehehehe.
You wanna know something funny? When I drew the cover artwork back in 1996... I had never (!) heard of "Warcraft" in my life. See, many people have the same ideas, hehehehe.
Years later, when my brother played "Warcraft I and II" he told me "Woah, look at your cover... and these covers!"
Then we recogniued it.
SO: it WAS a coincidence in the past... but I am WELL aware of the fact TODAY! ^________^
About the comic and my story...
Reptile didn't really know that Xevon was the "Butcher of Aktes". As a matter of fact, Reptile lived in a cave for decades... isolated from all the world. And in the first comic, he left his cave... maybe because he was curious, I dunno. Anyway, he was raised by humans - so he has a certain "affinity" for them. And he is NOT interested in fighting humans (at least not the "good" guys).
When Reptile saw king Xevon, he thought it was a good chance to ... get "in touch" with humans again. He also thought mostly about HIMSELF back then... because he DID recognize that Xevon was a king.
And... saving a king's life should provide some food... shelter and... honor. ^__^
These were Reptile's motives back then.
In time, he and Xevon became close friends and he started fighting for him!
"I like you" in German is "Du gefällst mir"! Reptile states that he respects Xevon and he can see that the human is an honorable one.
Reptile didn't know that Xevon WANTED to leave his bloody past behind... that is why Xevon is seeking out Devon - to talk about peace. Yes, Xevon wanted peace very badly... but it was a trap.
Good that Reptile helped!
About my stories.... you have to respect the fact that I've been 15 years old when creating the world!!!!!
Reptile was a "demon" back then... and he was supposed to be one of a kind.
OF COURSE, the first three (or at least two) comics are... rather silly and primitive. They are still fun to read! XD I love sitting on my carpet and reading them... and slapping my head like "WTF did I write back then?" 
Anyway, yes... "Circle of Doom" ("Kreis des Verderbens") is a comic issue that took me over two years (write the story and draw the comic)!
76 pages of action... deception and a solid plot. AND you must not forget that MANY friends helped me developing my universe in the past years!!!
I am not alone. ^^
Many friends pointed out some flaws and helped me to improve... or they just created side stories, which made the whole thing even more complex.
EVEN your comment (you may be blessed for it!) is a great help and shows me that people actually CARE for my stories... and this helps me to continue.
Smile... maybe, Reptile was smiling a little bit. BUT I prefer to let him growl at the human... and the human himself IS smiling... a deadly smirk! ^^"

Putting it this way, Reptile's motivation makes more sense now. Still, there are a bit too many "maybies" here. And as far as I know, Xevon wasn't seeking to talk about peace with Devon - the comic began in his war room, and he didn't even know that Devon is actually a Reptilian in disguise.

Not precisely, as far as I know. In German, like in Polish, there are two expressions - "Du gefällst mir" (like ours "Podobasz mi się") and "Ich mag dich" (like ours "Lubię cię"). And while similar in meaning, they are not always identical - for example, you may say that you like an apple pie: "Ich mag Apfelkuchen" (in Polish it would be "lubię ciasto jabłkowe"), but expression "Apfelkuchen gefällt mir" would not too good here (unless we would be talking about "liking" that pie in purely easthetic sense). Just like I wouldn't rather say "podoba mi się ciasto jabłkowe" in my own language. So when I see Reptile saying "Du gefällst mir" do Xevon, translation "I like you" seems... inaccurate here to me.
But that's just linguistic issue

That's why I hoped you have some plans of doing remakes of them. Even this "cartoon" style you used in some of your works (including new covers for all comics) would do the trick (although I'm afraid that you would rather like to make comic more thoroughly), and you could improve the plot as well.

Actually, the case here was not the German language... but the limitations of English language. If in German there are two expressions to name similar (but not completely identical) phenomenons... while in English there is only one single equivalent for both of them... so it is understandable that English translation will never completely fit German original. At least - like I said - I'm looking at this kinda from my own perspective. In our (Polish) language, there are two different expressions, as well, so I'm not satisfied with single English expression here. Polish translation would be much more accurate
I'm a nerd, I know it. And no offence - I did never mean to question your knowledge about your own language. It's just English translation issues and limitations of English language, nothing more.

Huge improvement since then. On old one I am not able to guess if Reptile is arngy, happy or whatever, while human seems suprised or a little bit frightened.. on this one it's easy to say who's looking dangerous and this warrior has Littlefinger's from The Game of Throne's face... he is so not to be trusted.... I'll have to read your comic someday...
