A Character set to show up in my Spider-Man/Equestria Girls fanfic, the Awesome Spider-Dash .

While the city of Canterlot is usually seen a safe and prosperous metropolis devoid of corruption and excessive crime...that couldn't be further from the truth. The reality of the situation is that the city is ruled behind the scenes by a powerful criminal organisation run by this man, the notorious Kingpin of Crime himself.

While most know him simply as Rex Storm, a charismatic businessman with a sense of humour who founded the ever-growing Storm-Tech corporation, that is merely cover for the person, no monster, he really is. Standing over two metres tall and made almost entirely of solid muscle, he can, and has, ripped people who crossed him to shreds with his bare hands...and if he's too lazy to do that, he can instead electrocute them to death with the hidden weapon in his cane...or more likely than that, just tell one of his many, many minions to do it for him.

When the Spider-Girl showed up in his city, he soon took it upon himself to create or release numerous supervillains and send them one-by-one to take her down, leading to long feud between him and the city's latest superhero...and only time will tell who'll come out on top.

Basically, this character is an amalgamation of the Storm King from My Little Pony the Movie and Wilson Fisk/the Kingpin from Marvel comics. Two characters who both have actually been voiced by Liev Schreiber at one point.
