Description
My final design for the Spider-Girl/Rainbow Dash's superhero outfit in my fanfic The Awesome Spider-Dash .

Now, I wanted to make something that was both unique and familiar at the same time...as well as something that fit the character of Rainbow Dash. Therefore, I cut down a lot on the red and gave her a more sky-blue feel reminiscent of Pony-Dash's coat colour. I added lightning bolt-like details to bring home that feel as well.

The lack of a web pattern were more for artistic reasons than anything else. First off, it's annoying as hell to draw that web pattern every single time and from all the different angles (I really wonder how comic book artists can handle it), and also because the black pattern can ruin the colours around it when I'm colouring the thing afterwards, thus damaging the light blue tone I'm going for.
