Titanium Heart is a dramatic, very sad story about a werewolf girl growing up as she and her father look for her missing mother across a dieselpunk-inspired setting with monsters and other creatures and soon learning about the crime-ridden past of her parents, discovering a sad truth how she was born in the wrong place at the wrong time, and losing trust in the only person she really has, and growing up.

......HERE'S A MODERN AU THAT COMPLETELY RUINS THEIR CHARACTERIZATION.

I'm having it that Trent, Sabrina, and ofc the mother Aubrey live in a happy family AU in the setting of Stakes and Stones [which hopefully they might actually cameo in the comic, if not for just a second!] ONLY because I love Sabrina so much that she deserves better than the shit she has to go through. She's my daughter and I would die for her.

I mean, they still retain a lot of their personalities, I'd imagine with regards to her parents it's a very very watered down version of their backstories that are really into play, but y'know. Whatever.

I couldn't have put this in the original story because I can't really imagine nor do I want to imagine furries existing, mostly bc the world has mainly monsters and other creatures and not as many humans. The Stakes universe in which the AU takes place in is like ours, modern, mostly humans but monster people have their place in their own little societies hidden from the rest of the world, occasionally cities where the two coincide, e.g. the city where Stakes itself takes place in, which is where they live.

So Trent takes that opportunity to be among more humans and goes to a goddamn furry convention. Because of course he does.

This crappy doodle didn't need to have a long explanation but it does so. This was actually inspired by a conversation between my friend Sunny and I lmao
