Personality
A brash and brutally honest individual, Alexandra doesn't do much to come to compromises when it comes to others - they either love her or hate her, there's no in-between. Unlike her cousin, she's talkative, enjoys dishing out advice and likes having her opinion be heard. She's not much for loving embraces and displays of affection, but she can be flirtatious and tends to tease others to get what she wants. Individualistic and a little bit of an egoist, she values herself, her freedom and her personal gains a little bit more than others' desires and well being, but she's not inherently bad.
She's a dominating and charming individual with good charisma and innate inspiring skills. She's a great when it comes to supporting others and giving them wake up calls, although they can be a little bit traumatizing due to her honesty.
Despite it all, she's also kind and trustworthy underneath the layers or flirting and roughness. She truly cares about others, but she doesn't want to show as she thinks it'll make her weak in the eyes of others.

Backstory
Alex was born to a couple of Susan (mother, Fire Elemental) and Darius Steven (father, Poison Elemental), two wealthy Rukia dragons both working in the jewelry industry and selling gemstones and precious jewelry to the citizens of Glory City. An only child, Alex always wanted to have a sister or a brother, but her parents never delivered a sibling, and so she grew for the first years of her life in solitude, but being spoiled rotten nonetheless.
At the age of four, she changed into her Rukia form for the first time, and her parents were ecstatic in joy - they started giving her more and more gifts, treating her like some sort of celebrity and like a trophy in a way, showing her prodigy child to everyone in the family and outside of it. As a little kid, Alex didn't really mind.

At the age of six she was blessed with a little cousin, Layla. Little Alex was excited about having finally someone to boss around when she'd grow, and was genuinely happy about her birth. Her mother, however, only saw Layla's birth as another chance to show off how great her daughter was, as she knew that Layla would have wound up being a Black Rukia. The two kids at first had a relatively good relationship, but as they grew they grew closer and closer, despite Alex's mother apparently hating her.

Fast forward ten years later, Alex is in high school and pretty much nailing every subject she's studying for. However, she's also getting fed up with her parents' way of treating her and their high demands and expectations. While they wanted her to be following them in their career, she never gave much of a damn about jewelry and instead preferred a more scientific and abstract path for her life, choosing to study children psychology when the time was right. During this year, Alex saw for the first time Layla's true Rukia form, and was there to comfort her when she was publicly shamed for what she was. Her mother's remarks didn't really help, and the relationship with her parents became somewhat strained, both for her acceptance of her "wretched cousin" and for her rebellious ways and choices.
At the age of 18, Alex was getting more proficient with her native powers and enjoyed being able to melt metals. Her superpower awakened the time her parents divorced after her mother was caught cheating her husband with another man - her anger and disgust awakened what Alex came to call her "Nega Form".
Her mind recovered soon enough, but she was still angry at her mother. As a way to escape and find some peace, she decided to join the Heroes and dedicate herself to training and strengthening her powers instead of continuing in her studies after high school. She really couldn't have gone through more years of "you should be continuing the family business!" from her mother.

Two years later she was able to afford an apartment of her own, both thanks to her savings when she was younger and her job as a Hero. Her power made her known as Lux, a nickname she came to hate as the years went by.

At the age of 22 Layla's parents wound up mortally wounded during an ambush, and later died, leaving the 16 years old girl without anyone to go to but her aunt, Alex's mother. The woman laughed her request off and refused to give her a place to stay - in turn, Layla called her cousin and begged for her help. When Alex found out what her mother had done, she went to have one final massive argument with her mother and cut off all contacts with her afterwards, successfully cutting all ties with what was once her family. Instead, she gave shelter to her cousin and fully became a sister figure to her. Despite her wishes, Layla quit high school and decided to earn money on her own, so that she wouldn't be a burden.
Two years later, Alex acted as a moral - and economical - support for her cousin once more, when she was sexually abused. She helped her remake her entire physical image and helped her through the trauma. When Skyler was born, Alex helped her cousin - who was now Tyrah - in every possible aspect of their life, and loved the little guy as if he was her own.

With a few years of service among the Heroes and the Senior Rank finally earned, Alex became the leader of her own team at the age of 25. She was a good and charismatic leader, and despite her individualistic nature she was able to always put the best of her team mates before her own. One year later, however, one of her team mates remained killed during a clash against a super criminal, and Alex saw the incident as if it was her own fault - even though it was not. With such a burden of guilt on her shoulders, she officially quit the Heroes and left her former life in exchange for a less noble one. Still having to get money in a way or another and seeing herself unfit for any kind of job (with self destructive thoughts making their way in her mind), Alex became a prostitute in the streets of the Light and Middle sector. She didn't mind the job, it brought in some good money and she was able to sustain herself, her cousin and her niece. She kept her 'job' even after Tyrah started working with the Heroes.

Two years later Alex started going to the Dragon's Crest almost every week, mostly during the evenings. She wasn't seen with a good eye by the waiter, Misha, but Goldwin - the owner - saw a good opportunity. With her meeting so many different people, she could be a source of extremely valuable information for the Heroes of the city. The two struck a deal and Alex gets money for being an informer - although she asked to remain anonymous. If her identity were to be public, then her entire business would go to hell. Goldwin and Alex became really good friends as time went by, and through their friendship she also met Raleigh - whom she adores teasing.

Nega Form
Alexandra's superpower manifests in what she calls the Nega Form. Her eyes' sclera turns black, her hands become covered in black matter and, at times, black vein-like markings will form around her eyes, arms and down her throat. Her empathy is numbed down, allowing her to think more clearly - although more selfishly and with a much colder approach. When she shifts in this form, Alex's physical strength is doubled and she gains full control over the blood of the creatures around her - if it's her vision, she can control it. Once she locks her eyes on someone, she can control their blood flow, stopping it, moving it around, draining it and even coagulating it. Obviously, this can very well result in the death of whoever she's facing, however she will very rarely go to such lengths. The blood control is still painful for whoever experiences it.
This superpower is an Active one, with a Passive trigger - similar to Sheila's.

Element Explained
Alex' power comes in two variants - pure and tainted. The pure version is Light Manipulation at its finest - she can steal the light away from the eyes of those she sees, rendering them blind temporarily, but she can also create orbs of pure, burning light, similar to concentrated Aura spheres. This kind of light orb can be used as a weapon.
The tainted version manifests itself as a light gray metallic looking liquid, able to melt most kinds of materials - metals included. The more resistant and thick the material, the more liquid will be necessary to melt it. It can also cause burns to whoever touches it. The more liquid she needs to create, the more Aura will be depleted.

So, if I'm getting this right, the Nega-form is where we get the original Lyx back?

Those scars though, when did they happen?

Also, fuck her parents in the ass with an extra spikey cactus covered in blades.

"Evil" is only a point of view anyway. Many would consider someone "angry and cold af" as "evil".

damn you!
