Ok ... it makes me wonder if the mask is a form of suffercation, or is it symbolic of wearing a mask of 'being ok' to the outside world? And yet another question it throws up is if the mask is the only thing protecting the subject from the 'contamination' of the outside world, as this is the function of a gas mask. The posture is protective and yet relaxed and the tilt of the head makes me think 'leave me alone'. Overall the head gear forms a private bubble around you and your state of mind, thats the way i see it at any rate
