Description #24 Childhood

I decided to do a GMD drawing of a character OTHER THAN Fidget, to break my usual pattern. This was a simple, emotionless, 30-second drawing I did of Olivia Flaversham, the mouse girl who gets kidnapped by Fidget. I'm also considering doing a grown-up version of Olivia Flaversham in the future, since a grown-up Olivia is what'll be present in a future pastiche. ^_^

You know what would've been so cool? If Olivia sang. I'll bet she'll have an angelic singing voice! Β Β

Olivia looks cute, but a little down on herself in this pic. No offense.

Oh, this was because I was drawing her for the first time. I only emulated what I saw on the screen.

It looks just like her. You captured her beautifully.

You're welcome and as I mentioned on one post on this pic, I could imagine Olivia singing. I'll bet she'll have a pretty voice.

Oh, thanks and I read that on your summaryΒ about this portrait of her being emotionless. She looks so adorable in this pic. You know what would've been so cool, if she sang. I'll bet she'll have an angelic singing voice! Β Β

Very cool. But, do you think the outline coulda been darker? It's kinda hard to see...

I was using a mechanical pencil when I drew her. So you think it's hard to see? Hmm ...

True...

I can see that if you look at the artwork in an icon format then yes, the outline is hard to make out. But in it's full-view form, I see the lines as being very visible. Could you point out a spot that's not visible?

I just simply looked at the DVD cover, studied the details of her physical make-up, and drew (put it simply, a Look-and-Draw method). I also plan to draw a grown-up version of her.

Don't worry. You will. In fact, I already drew it. I just have to scan it and post it up.
