Lightning spree.Taken out near Merriam Crater one night awhile back. I was able to get a tiny bit of ground detail, thanks to a full moon that was obscured intermittently behind clouds.
Thanks to ~Hector42 for pointing me towards a free noise removal tool, (appropriately named) Noiseware .

Yeah in the south east of england. It's never humid enough to get good storms. On the rare occasions we do get them the lightning is either of the sheet variety or hidden behind buildings or trees. There's no huge open planes like in your picture, I basically live in a cool damp suburbia. This is why i'm envious of your work, so keep it coming!
