How would we find any offense in this sumptuous "caramel" palette?
Alas! I must say that I don't distinguish neither little boy nor his mother...I just enjoy the whole work!

When I darkened the rocks around the boy on his mother's back, he sort of
blends in with the whole lower left. Keep looking. His mom is wearing a burqa, as are
several others, hidden fairly well, I admit. THANK YOU KINDLY!!! richard

I've just finished bottom left where the tree of dreams is being fed from above...Perhaps it may die if it doesn't get its special food!!!

Great finds, Trish. Did you find the Fledgling bird or tortoise at upper right?
Or maybe the viper....which I forgot to develop a bit....You've those higher, imaginative
powers. Keep at it... I aim to entertain!!!

Aahhh, yes....I described that as a Fledgling Bird or a Bird-Like Tortoise!
I really didn't develop that too much, nor the snake below. Didn't want to get too
negative on this one.....

Please, as an artist, don't feel you should cave to pressure from any dingbats out there who might be mean spirited enough to complain. You have artistic license and this is another great piece by you.
In it I see subjects and objects that you may not have intended.
I see a Native American/Inca type headdress. The eye speaks of mystery in things behind other things. It also looks quite enticing, as though there is something worth journeying into behind that stone feather crown/mask.
An outstretched palm I see, a stylized figure reminiscent of the very first ancient Greek statuary, thorny branches, a skeletal smile, a sun, cascade of long masks, reflections, reflections reflections and a leaping lizard.
At the very least.
Do not take this amazing piece down. It's fantabulous.

SOMETIMES I thinking I'm talking to THAT ONE PERSON out there.
And I suppose, deep in my heart, I would hate to offend THAT ONE PERSON.
I appreciate your lovely comments....I do NOT have hate, prejudice or racism
in my heart or mind. My parents taught me that. It's so sad that half the
voting population in the USA, seemingly did NOT have parents that taught
them that....
Kind regards: Richard ( AND THANKS so much!)
