Concept is looking cool but I think more time should be spent on the anatomy. e.g, the sternocleidomastoid, septi nasi, also the ear need quite some work.
I think if you're spending 2 hours studying it would be better spent practising sculpting bone and muscle from reference images. Rushing into too much detail too soon leaves it looking sloppy, (the veins on the neck for example).
Hope you don't mind the feedback; just trying to help.

Agreed. And Thanks, I love the feedback! I'm glad that someone on DA final gave me some good crit!...lol.

It just so happens that I have been meaning to do some more in depth anatomy studies. (i.e. creating a skull and building up muscle and flesh). Watch this space.

Haha no problem man, have you got Scott Spencer's "Zbrush Digital Sculpting: Human Anatomy" book?
Takes you through sculpting from bone, then adding the muscle, then skin, textures, remeshing etc etc.
I've learnt so much from it just by flicking through, I'm sure you'd like it if you check it out
Keep up the hard work, you'll be modelling for industry in no time ;D
