Back in 1997, I made several swimsuit drawings of popular anime characters at that time for submission to Animerica, an anime magazine available in the US. This is NOT one of them... at least, I don't think it was!
Anyways, this is Gourry Gabriev from the anime and manga The Slayers. I made his hair that way since letting it loose as it normally is would ruin the view - the other view - behind him.
