hahaha i will think about it i have done some fusions recently that i need to upload but nothing beats doing fakemon. of course im sure i cant emulate pokemon style anymore but still i can give it a shot

wanna gimme a prompt of some sort?  or an idea to go off? ideally like something for a 2-stage evo chain, for some reason those turn out alot better than my single stages

I noticed you are very great at making aquatic types (which water being my fav btw), I've seen this and wanted to make a fakemon of it, probably 2 stages of it: blog.luciolepress.com/2009/02/…

It's pretty interesting and could be varied. I was thinking of making it possibly a water/ghost or water/electric (even ghost/electric)

oooo i love that fish! i think electric would fit it really well, maybe a water electric that evolves into ghost electric [i like type shifts x3]

idk why i draw alot fo water types, generally speaking they aren't even my fav but i think there are just so many interesting sea creatures they are fun to design... this hsould be a good challenge to make a 2-stager out of. :3

I like type shifts too! I think that would be a very neat concept from water ele to ghost ele! well the world is made up of mostly water so its the easiest to just take a fish and go with it lol i like a lot of the sea creatures too esp when you go back to dinosaur times, everything came from the sea so its easy to transform creatures from things like that! I cant wait to see when you finish it I will def be lookin out for it! i like the clear bubble head of it! i actually thought of taking one of those gold fish with the bubbly eyes (or the ones with the bubbly heads) and making it into that fish i linked you to. that would be interesting if you want to use that concept

so, i've drawn out the first stage [or basic pokemon, if you will] and i was lookin at other transparent animals in this articale i found while lookin for more pics fo the barrel-eye fish, and theres this RAD NASTY crocodile icefish thing i wanna use, but i also already came up with a swag sleek eel-like design for an evolved stage, so i'm sitting here like "well shit, how do i differentiate between these two evo's i wanna have... male/female are dumb... dont wanna just make up some new evo item cause that's dumb... OMG STATUS AILMENTS" so like, it's like this, you get the pokemon to lvl 28 normal, is evolves into this normal eel thing [the electric ghost] but if it hits 28 while afflicted with a status ailment you get the BIZNASTY ICEFISH which should def have ice in it' type, but then do i make that alt for be Ice Electric, of Ghost Ice? i guess i'm leaning toward ice electric, it would make alot more sense for it to still keep the electric type... idk why i'm typing this all out, says alot about how many friends i can talk to about this stuff. its like, all my friends who like pokemon arent into art [and thus fakemon] and all the ones who are into are are... well... actually now most of them are working real jobs in the comics world for DC or Top Shelf or Shadowline, and the ones that arent, arent into pokemon XD

but yeah i'm super excited to be drawing fakemon again this is exhilarating. [that and i'm almsot done clearing my commission que for first time in years so i'm totally pumped, despite the pneumonia XD]

anyway i saw your list of ice moves, would you wanna semi-collab and i can use some of the ice moves, and maybe some electric you've come up with as well if ou'd like/wouldnt mind :3 also i'm so bad with names i may get our help with that too. i'm gonna watch you cause talking. friendship. friendship is pokemon.

That croc icefish sounds really interesting, I don't think I've seen anything or heard anything about something like that, I'll have to look it up, is it from ur imagination or an actual animal? Ice/Elec sounds like a really nice type then again Ice/Ghost is too but it's already been done with Froslass (Not that that really matters!). I know what you mean with having friends not into fakemon or art, aside from DA I don't have actual friends who are either but that's ok! I've met a lot of great people on here that I collab with for my attacks and such im working on. And hopefully when I get back to drawing I willl have a lot of help as well (Since my Sugimori style is nonexistent). I gotta learn how to do layers most likely. Hope ur feeling better and recovered from pneumonia! That shit can be dangerous as hell if ur not careful!
I don't mind one bit feel free to use whatever ya like! And i'd love to collab im always up for ideas. I usually get tons on here when I see people post stuff anyway. I'm not the best with names but I will certainly try to help ya if i can come up with some! Im excited!
