Description Drawn and coloured using inks. I've pictured him holding a SoulStorm Brew. I've also uploaded the lineart.

Ooooh, one of my favourite games !!! Did you manage to save them all ?

I didn't sadly. In fact I missed a big bit out of the second level, and if you do that about 90 get executed.

Yeah, and you get the bad ending... which can procure a certain enjoyment if you're on that side of the force... who am i to judge ?

They reedited it though !!! The graphics are wonderful ! But on the other hand, they made it like 7856 45879 258 billion times easier. And the gameplay is weird, compared to the original.

But it's still fun to play around with a while...

I bought the PS1 disc off eBay a few years ago as I couldn't find it anywhere else at the time. I remember that there was a similar game called Heart of Darkness around the same time.

I don't know about Heart of Darkness... I'll have to check that one out, maybe

I don't think that I enjoyed it at the time. Reviews weren't great as well. I seem to remember that it looked and played in a similar way to Abe though.

Oh then I like better Flashback. It's older but very sci-fi. I really enjoyed that one.

Great colors - looks super realistic, especially the brew looks translucent!  (mmm... reminds me of green river soda)

Thanks. My trick was to draw and colour it on A2 paper so that I could pack more details into it.

Had to look up the A-size papers, that's big!
Do you use a drawing/drafting table or just a standard kitchen table for drawing?

To be honest I just worked on the floor. I put rough paper down first to make sure that I didn't splash ink all over the carpet. If I was working on A4 I probably would have just used any old table.

Ink-credible drawing! Those new bottled inks of yours do a splendid (and vivid) job, and as this was the first ever time you've used them...

(That's me... the one on the right!)

Yer welkies.
I might try those semi-shiny inks on a sweaty jungle picture and see what happens.

Sounds like a plan

The plan is in the pan. (That's the metaphorical cooking pan by the way, not the metaphorical poopenholen).

I've just printed off a stack of trees and things to sort out composition.
