Good ol'Abe
When I was playing it on PS1, at the time, I didn't have internet or guides. I just seeked all the rooms, suiciding poor Abe many, many, many... many times. My flatmate would imitate the cry of dispear when he would fall at perfection after an intensive month of it....
Aaaah, good memories
Great drawing

Thank you very much. I usually end up getting too frightened of the Sligs and just making him fart.

Errr... are you serious ?
I mean, yes, I made him fart more than the occasionnal times, for the fun of it, too... but scared of the Sligs ? Really ?
I'm asking because I have this 34 years old friend of mine who loves the Zelda series but gets me to play at her place because she gets frightened by the monsters. I wouldn't believe it at first, even thought she was really kiding me. But she truely is, in fact ! and I can't understand why. It's only pixels... So, yeah, i'm asking because if it does seem absurd to me, I do respect anybody's sensibility... I wouldn't want to laugh at something like that.

I'm not frightened as in frightened of the monsters. I just don't like losing so if I'm coming up to a bit that I think is going to be difficult or challenging I tend to put it off for a bit until I feel prepared. Very often I forget to come back to it. For example recently I was playing the first Mass Effect, where the team AI isn't as finished as in the other 2 games, and it makes it quite challenging in places. I got up to the bit where you find Liara and the Krogan turns up, died a few times and then turned it off and haven't been able to bring myself to carry on with it (yet).

Okay, I understand better Because my friend is really afraid OF the monsters (Geez... I have teased her a lot with that but although I don't understand it, it must be awful to be frightened of a bunch of pixels...)

I understand what you mean. I don't like to loose, either. Well, not for a stupid reason, that is (if the game is intentionnally very difficult from the beginning, or just impossible for a normal player, I tend not to play : it's just not fun for my likes)

For the ME place : I see exactly where you are. Now, if I may give you some advice : put your settings (in the options) of the IA on attack. They'll be a bit more agressive and you can revive them (not that it is that much needed, anyway). Then, check if everybody's gear is optimal (check the type of amunition for each weapon, too)
Be careful everybody is using the correct weapon according to their skills.
What type of powers do you have, too ?
I would advise you to go woth the biggest canon you have. Missiles are not bad...
It's an easy run if you stay a bit backwards and let your allies freedom to do what they want (I never gave them orders except where it is was asked as such). Sometimes, I just ask them to throw a power, and that's it.

Other random advices : try to take Wrex at every little side mission, and Garrus. Both of them have a side quest where they need to be in the group. The Garrus one is more obvious than the Wrex one, though.
Try to keep Wrex alive at the end ! very important for the two next games !

Hope it helps !

(PS : I'm a girl ! I managed all three ME on my own ! W00t !)

Bloody love it!
'Tis like a greetings card with a real greeting, and this style would be great as a range of humorous sci-fi pictures. I'm thinking Doctor Who and such of course.

Thanks. I thought that. I could replace 'Hello!' with 'Happy Birthday!' and I'd never need to pay for birthday cards again.

How about a Dalek blob, sitting inside his tan. saying "happy birthday" which would be hugely ironic as Daleks don't show the emotion of happiness!!!

I learnt a lot about lines from my inking experiments, and I've been studying professional line styles. It seems that growing and tapering the lines in places really adds something.

*Give lines to Sheldon*
