This is the same model as rendered in [link] but I got some requests for renders of it from different angles, so here it is!

I like this a lot. I'd love to see the ponies' houses done like this, especially the library, Fluttershy's cottage, and Rainbow Dash's cloud house. I make polymer clay miniatures, and models such as this are perfect to work from. Please do continue!

Thank you! Though I must admit I'm kind of cheating here, I've got the lighting baked into the texture and I'm rendering these with nice global illumination settings.

I have seen so many different 3d renderings that are supposed to look like they are from a cartoon. But I they have never seen one that is as close to drawn stuff than this one.
Does it also look so well when animated? (something like spinning around)

Yessss. Have you looked into the Storybook style houses in Southern California? They're probably some of the closest examples I've seen.
