Yeeee-haw! Well how-dee there ponies! -- Er, ahem. Sorry about that.
Adding to my set of 3d Pony models, this here's Applejack: the loyalist of friends and the most dependable of ponies!She's also a very silly pony, whose hat defies the laws of 3-dimensional space. I did the best I could.

Fuck I've made exactly same. It looks very, very close like your . At first I have problem with head's shape. My first try looks very squished.

The more I stare at any of the pony renders, the wider by goofy grin gets. I know next to nothing about 3D renders (other than they require a lot of work) but I am simply amazed at how well you managed to translate what are fundamentally two dimensional characters into the realm of 3D. They look "correct" from any angle, which is no small feat. I've seen some renders that look wonderful from one angle, but approach the uncanny valley region from others.
I'm particularly impressed with how you pulled off Pinkie Pie's hair. I honestly would have had no clue what those curly lines in the drawings would look like beyond 2D. And yes, Applejack's hat is very interesting.

This comment sums up everything I think about these models. I actually do modeling, so I know how much work it takes, and that doing simple, cartoony characters can be just as tough to get right as the more complex, realistic ones. You really capture the essence of all of the ponies.
