Description This came out of my pondering an interesting way to depict the showdown over Organia. I may yet tackle that subject, so I guess you could call this a "preliminary study", though it stands on it's own.

Thanks to Celticarchie for the Scout/Destroyer Poser translation. D7 by Prologic. Planet is "Planet Z" for Poser. Freighters by Richmerk. Rendered in DS3 w/ Photoshop.

That is a fantastic attack angle, most time directors and producers forget that space allows for full 3D movement.

The D7 by Prologic rocks, does it not? I need to knock the dust off of mine and put it back into action, I've only used it once. I sure do dig the way you use yours!

Wow! That is such a great composition! I love the way the D-7 intrudes on all theseorderly circular shapes. Great sense of predatory menace. Love the megalightning on the night side of the planet!

Commander Klogg, we have a Federation Scout bearing 02.93, they haven't seen us yet. It is escorting two cargo ships.

*Klogg chuckles* A lollipop and a couple of grain buckets, should give our gunners some practice. Arm distruptors, increase speed, open fire when ready!
