The evil master mind is scheming is evil, master plans.Practicing drawing with my tablet straight into Photoshop.
P.S. Just to make sure you know this guy is supposed to be in a steampunk setting, I put two big gears in the background.
P.S.S. Yes, he sorta is making the trollface.
