Description
an original kamen rider character who is possibly evil, takes inspiration from water kamen riders poseiden, kamen rider aqua, kamen rider OOO shauta combom kjamen rider abyss and possibly kamen rider sting and incisor, but he also uses powers similar to kamen rider fourze, kamen rider faiz, kamen rider kiva., also once again, still trying to figure out how to name things better.

bio:
at some point, a modern day pirate known as amadeus agua, was lost at sea while trying to evade capture from authorities, his boat crashed and he fell to the sea floor near death, when suddenly he found himself ashore on a beach on a nearby island, he found he had a belt on, embedded in it was a strange blue jewel and on his hand he held a gold key that could hold water inside, after exploring the shores he found an elevator that descended into an undersea base with ancient technology, he then realised that whoever had the belt before used it to become worshipped due to its power over the sea and water, he then tried it out by inserting the water filled aquas key into the belt and soon transformed into the warrior of water, nepto!

it was also revealed that nepto had the ability to use the jewels power to summon a vortex whirlpool, in which he could travel to other universes from his sea base, so far he has been a high price mercenary who fights for whoever has the most treasure or a challenger who amuses himself by combating others. he is always looking for treasure and uses the inter dimensional vortex for this purpose, he usualy doesnt make alliances with anyone, but he will cooperate with whoever he is with in that dimension for the correct price.

equimpent:
hydro driver/aquas key: a strange ancient belt with a blue jewel, when the aquas key fill with water is inserted, water flows through the tubes allowing a vortex of water to transform him.

tri-ken: a play on the words trident/kraken, triken was an ancient mechanical creature created to serve whoever had the belt, he can transform from a squid like drone, into a trident that can spin around like a drill, it can also form a grapple and harpoon configuration. it is fiercely.

poseideep: his main weapon, poseideep is a trident with a harpoon spear on the end and water tubes.

armour weaopos: weapons that are utilised through the armour.

abyss gauntlets:
the abyss gauntlets are different wrist armours that are based off the creatures of the sea and have a certain amount of sentience, they can summoned when nepto presses a button on his right shoulder:~presses button~ abyss gauntlet, ascend!

shark slasher: basic gauntlet, can use the fin to slash at enemies and can fly off and bite.

call: "shark slasher, ascend!"

crab crusher: a large crabs claw that can extend.

octo-arm: the octo arm is a large tentacle that can be used like a whip or arm.

eel-zapper: an electric eel gauntlet let with an extendable whip that electrocutes enemies.

star defender: a starfish gauntlet that creates a star shaped energy shield, but also fires miniature energy stars.

urichin spiker: a sea urchin guantlet, not only works as a spiky melee weapon but can fire spikes like projectiles.

sub-arms: the submarine based arm on his left has three functions, changed via a valve.

periscope: to spy or locate.

anchor chain: used in battle and also to sink to the bottom of the sea.

torpedo cannon: can fire seeking torpedoes.

attacks:

long throw: can throw either triken or poseideep at the enemy from afar like a javelin,

hydro-cyclone: spins around forming a vortex of water to smash into enemies.

bubble sheild: creates a massive water bubble around him, deflects energy based attacks but not projectiles.

krakker shot: fires two energy blasts from trikens head.

sea screw: uses the spinning ability of triken to either tunnel underground or drill holes in enemies.

bubble mine: creates multiple bubble orbs from the propellors on his knees and sends them at the enemy to explode at full force.

water clones: creates multiple duplicates of himself, either to distract or physically attack, they are easy to destroy and differentiate as they are transparent and any melee attacks will disable them.

fin frenzy: can slash energy waves using the shark slasher.

rain dance: as ridiculous as it sounds, nepto can perform a sort of hip-hop like dance that creates rain, this only works if he chooses to use up a lot of water energy, so the rain can be used to create a better combat environment, but his control of water is limited and must rely on physical combat, after the dance he launches triken into the air to create a stream of dark clouds which rain falls from.

aquaslide: can create a watery slide effect to quickly move around.

finishers: most powerful finishing moves.

deep clash: after charging water into the poseideep trident he can aqua slide to the opponent and stab them, dealing great damage.

tidal emperor: a massive water projection of him appears behind, and then launches a tidal wave.

hydro kick: water and bubbles form on his legs, and his knee propellors and does a jump kick, its similar to the usual rider kick but there is a swirling water vortex around him as he attacks.

weaknesses: although the ancient belt allows its user to control water, there is a flaw in that it does not grant them the ability to breath underwater, hence the oxygen apparatus, whether this was of the original users design or amadeus is unknown, so if the breathing tubes are broken he could easily drown, however nepto easily makes up for this by being a strong swimmer. his most obvious challenge is fighting in dry environments, however this does not affect him physically but rather he cant use his water manipulation.

(and there you have it, a rider who is based off of the sea, the roman god neptune, has water powers and is an inter dimensional treasure seeker, i went through two designs before i got this final one looking right, id change his eye colour to blue from red though, keeps with the theme, i prefer to call him ocean fighter more then kamen rider though, and i know water based characters are very underestimated by some people but i think this guy works well.)
