Oooh, me likey. 
I feel like you could do a light texture in the stubble to make it less flat looking, though. And don't forget that white things have shading too. xD It looks like there might be a tiny bit, but the collar and around the tie would have some.

right after I posted it I realized the shirt did indeed need shading. I had completely forgotten.
and I was concerned about heavy's stubble the whole entire time, but didn't know how to fix it. Compared to the shading in the rest of his face, it is /very/ flat. Unfortunately the tf2 model pics I was using as a reference didn't really have texture for me to work from.
Maybe I should just go to a lazier style
