<This is Hunter, 's OC drawn by me as a gift for being awesome. I've always liked Hunter's character design. It's simple, yet quite effective. Not to mention adorable. <3 This pic was also a testing ground for all sorts of new effects I wanted to try out. I think it worked out pretty well, especially the texture effects. Make sure you see it in full resolution.
Make sure you check out 's stuff, he's quite the talented 3D modeller. He even made an adorable Pixel Rocky!
I did learn something interesting with this one. I actually have more trouble drawing guys with more average physiques than I do with the big guys. Sad isn't it?

This is another very well done piece of art work. the detail put into this shows a lot of lot time and effort. the shading is phenomenal, the attention to the curves of muscles, the definition of the muscles underneath he fabric, even the tight wrinkles is amazing!
the anatomy is very well done, with almost no real issues (in my opinion) with it the eyes are bright and colorful, with a wonderful shiny tint to them.
like all my reviews though there is the unfortunate down side. In this case it is the pad on the hand, though this is more a personal preference most times when drawing pads on the hands and feet the pads are drawn on the meatiest parts of the hands and feet, not drawn across the entire hand like a regular animal.
again this is more personal drawing preference than anything else and it is VERY great picture

By all means though, I see what you mean about the pads. This is the first time I ever really drew pads on an anthro character and it's mostly because they were in the character's original design. However, the drawing style of his original design is more aimed at a cartoon look so I was a little unsure in converting the character to a more realistic drawing style. I'll definitely keep it in mind for future reference though.
