Vio in a cage again... poor boy. But at least he gets an apple this time! Belial carries at least one at all times. I had a fuji appel while I painted this, actually... it was really good~ :3Illustration for Traitor (a story on aff. NSFW. Or if you have a soul.)
I'm beginning to wonder if I'm capable of drawing a benign-looking Belial. And poor Vio isn't looking well at all... *sighs*
On the other hand I adore the colors this ended up with. But I took way too long procrastinating...
EDIT: Needed to do some fix-ups. I was going to give Belial a bigger smirk, too, but decided not to at the last second.

Thank you. I kind of laugh every time someone mentions it captures what's going on because I'm friends with the author and a lot of the scenes were actually caused by the pictures and not the other way around. I don't actually remember which this one was though?
Thanks for commenting! There is a sequel to the story but work on it is slow going since the author is in med-school and the beta (me) has two jobs.

Ah yes I know ^^ I strangely got excited when I saw at the bottom of chapter ten and eleven that you had responded to me XD And here... I'm weird sorry lol. Just kinda like I'm sitting her like "Oh my god she's actually talking to me!" And yes u o u Chapter eleven was as wonderful as the others. Honestly I've started a Shadow and Vio fanfiction but I doubt it would be nearly as good as yours. Kinda running off blind faith with it as well XD

The wax was totally Kuro-chan's fault, by the way. She suggested it during brainstorming. I don't come up with all this stuff on my own. This is also why I encourage people to throw ideas at me. That entire scene? That was born from "you should have wax play."

And my girlfriend doesn't have a fanfiction so, no, sadly she does not comment. And...sorry Belial, dear, but pale face + lots of eyeliner + eye makeup that looks like green streaks + YOUR EXPRESSION = Belial has a sad clown face. Is that a hood I can sort-of see in the back, or is his hair tied back with a particularly large bow and we can only see part of it?

It's actually not that bad, if you're on a cushion *just tested it on boh tile and cushion* (like you described the cage floor) but I imagine he's just in that for a moment before he shifts to a more comfortable pose. I think sitting like that a while would stress the knees...
