Now I kinda wish I had changed the background color. I was going for the orange/blue contrast, but now I can't help but feel it doesn't go well at all. XPMeh--

For the ruffle, I made it the same way I make the skirt portion in this tutorial: rodianangel.deviantart.com/artβ¦Β And then I folded another piece of material over it to hide the seam.
And for the entire bottom part itself (as opposed to making it in string bikini fashion) I did it the same way I make panties here: rodianangel.deviantart.com/artβ¦
