How do you get such organic shapes? do you just wet the leather and fold it and bend it or do you have wire frames or the like that you push it over.

i wet the leather with alcohol, then shape with hand end drying with hair dryer.
and so while I am not satisfied with the appearance.
for this piece I need about 36 working hours.

alcohol vapor faster and faster to dry leather.
with hair-dryer will be speed up the process
