Just watched Avatar and all I can say is that the movie is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I don't care if some of my friends say it's overrated and 'unoriginal'. Boo! I don't care. I loved it. Awesome, awesome, awesome! The Navi are so unbelievably hot!I needed to get the excitement out of my system so here's a quick painting of Turok - one of the grand winged creatures on the planet of Pandora.
Oh, btw, hardcore fans... sorry about Toruk's design not being accurate. I literally came home, jumped on the computer and just started painting. lol. I hope I got the jist of creature.

for working on it after just seeing the movie and depending on memory this was done very well ^^ I'm with you on the "it was still amazing" thing when people say its a Ferngully rip off. made me sad leaving the theater because i wasn't watching that world anymore and was back in our sucky one ><

(Gawd, that movie was AMAZING!!!!) This is a pretty good rendition of Toruk, and I love little Jake standing in the background.
