I'm honestly pretty damn proud of how this turned out. I kinda like drawing resting ponies, actually, it's relaxing and I'm not screaming over back legs. But his butt is weird. It's kinda wonky but I noticed it too late in my art so I just kinda threw my hands up and said 'fuck it, it's staying'.---

Anyway,
Overall, as I look at this piece I feel rather calm and relaxed. The position is very calming---he's laying down, smiling, and seeing him calm makes me feel calm.
The shading is simple, yet well done, and helps bring him to life. The tufts of fur on his chest are so fluffy I love it!
Things to improve on:
The tufts of fur do make him look furry, but all those straight lines make it look like he shaved or something, except on his chest. Next time don't make the edges so clean---add a bit more fluff here and there, or maybe shade it with tiny lines to give it a fur effect.
Same thing for the hair
Of course, he does look great as is!
I give your vision a 4 because I do not know what you were planning but it came out well,
the originality a 5 because I rarely see a pony in this position,
the technique a 4 because you are a great artist,
and the impact a 5 because this is seriously calming. I am not sure how else to say it but I find this very relaxing.

I mean with the usage of my art, I don't permit usage of reposting of my art whatsoever and people sometimes get ass hurt about it, so I have that stamp.
