Which part of it are you stuck on?
You can always just make it the same way fins are made (maybe a bit bigger)

I think i figured it out, it was just after doing the double decrease that kind of stumped me, managed to get it finished.  Will probably post it up soon.

Hm... well, normally you add beads in between other two,but for the decrease you just don't add a bead in that place.
I think it's more understandable here [link] (Decreasing on the Inside part)
