Ho boy, I need to read about this guy again, but this is what I think of when someone mentions his story. Joshua, also known with the battle of Jericho, also known in the song Joshua and the battle of Jericho, was second in command to Moses until he died and Joshua took up the reins. I imagine this dude was pretty dutiful and no nonsense with the Israelites. He kept himself well exercised, always followed his code of chivalry, and was determined to keep his relationship with the Lord sturdy. You can just imagine him hearing the Israelites wanting a different way to defeat the Jerichonans (I think they're called that) and he'd just be like, "FOOLS! Do you doubt the power of the Lord once more? Oh, Moses doth turn in his grave!" (Okay, so maybe he didn't talk like that...)
