It could've been Pokemon Mart, since of course they did away with those for the new gen and just put them inside the pokemon centre, but the centre seemed by far the more-pressing concern having been lost in the wild for ages.

Well it should be out Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on how things go. I've been trying to keep this comic on a weekly schedule but my workloads vary from week to week, so sometimes I've got bags of time for it and sometimes I may be a bit strapped. Starting on a feature film for a studio in a couple more weeks but hopefully that won't eat into my time more than I expect.

Freelance animator/graphic designer. Basically I do whatever I can get paid for while sitting and drawing. Got way too many meetings with clients set up over the next couple of weeks! Still, it's damn fun work, which is the vital thing.

That's awesome man! I'm in the same area as you are(except that I'm a full time employee instead of doing freelance), so I definitely know what you mean! Although I wish I could do more animations these days..

Depends how we go, to be honest. I do enjoy a certain taste of slapstick or screwy humour here and there, but it shouldn't be too overpowering. The primary purpose of this comic is exploration, after all.

Devious, eh? To be honest, I could've put South in here as a footnote but I really didn't want to just mention it casually, I wanted to give her a proper introduction, but I needed to get our heroes to the pokemon centre first, so I decided not to have her in this week.
Next week's comic will be entirely given over to South and Timmy working side by side, promise.

i'll be okay. we're four hours inland. but it's gonna be one hell of a thunderstorm.
i swear, im moving to utah on top of a mountain. no tornadoes, no ridiculous summer heat, no hurricanes, no earthquakes, no tsunamis, no volcanoes. if the house is in the right place, even avalanches are avoidable, adn rockslides in the summer.

None that I saw personally, no. I did have the opportunity to enjoy watching the Met's finest out in force, though. I stood still for a minute to take a phone call and not one but three patrols of four or more officers marched past me in brisk order, it was great.
