Vol 6. - The days went on and Carl and Adelaide spent the Summer afternoons playing with each other and chatting. One day, on the flowery field on the country line between the town of Elsbridge and the village of Toryreck, Carl found that lady Adelaide could be quite mischievous when she wanted to be. After using her ribbons to cover Carl’s eyes, he was left to try and find his new friend with only the sound of her voice, much to the girl’s amusement. Meanwhile, Emily the Emerald Engine, puffed down the line with a passenger train and couldn’t help but find the sight of the two playing absolutely adorable.
