The whole thing is ridiculous. Im trying to make a point here. So flame me all you want.
I think people get so jumpy and try to look for ANY reason to flame people when they get on DTF.
CLUES
(1) They say she copied her wings. HELLO!! She draws wings too! Besides....that wing style is used by all!! Even me. Besides, Shiirumai's was floaty wing while the other was ATTACHED to her back.
(2) They both look like stick figures. SO? Everyone uses it. Even I did once! And I made it in my head! Who would claim 'stick-figures' as their own style? Preposterous! It's like having copyright on the Birthday Song!! (which btw, they do have it. random fun fact.)
(3) Same pose, same face, same concept.
Pose? Maybe....coinkidink.
Face? Not really. Her's are dots, which fit to the whole stick figure thing.
Concept? They are both selling something. But Shiirumai got something better out of it.
Is it because she got a DTF and the other one didn't? Is this why everyone is pissed?! Well think about it.... Shiirumai's is funnier. =/ Yeah. Come on...dont you think that because it was FUNNY it was faved. And not because it looks like the other one? Oh yeah.
Like once said to me "Its not the quality of the picture you draw, but how funny it is."

actually...i really wasnt good at all! I just strated drawing anime 4 years ago. I had always loved drawing, but i always drew dogs. cartoon dogs. and i always copied Disney charries. but yeah....it takes alot of practice and love for art. ^-^

My biggest thing is that part of this debate is based on "style similarities" which is outright absurd. does the whole stick figure arm/legs thing and if people are gonna get their panties in a bunch over the style, we might as well report a few other people for ripping that then too. Because Satou has been doing it longer.
