Description The scan turned out horribly… I’ll put up a photo later once I get good weather.

This fellow was raised by a tribe of deer as a cub after his parents were slain in the wilderness and upon the wolves discovery of the Deer Tribes of their country he became an intermediary and later translator for the two foreign cultures. After the peace treaties between the deer tribes and the wolves (which he was an ample part of) where created and signed he joined the joint coalition of deer and wolf protecting both his deer family and his rediscovered brethren from the evils that threaten their world. In this picture you can see him suited up in his battle gear.

The mixture of foreign cultures has always intrigued me and I wanted to portray it in this character with the mixing of dress types. The steel armor of the wolves and the tribal markings, braids and natural materials of the deer mixed together created a very interesting result, accomplishing my intent I believe.

I like the piece and it was fun to create and I hope you have as much fun viewing it.

Mechanical and Colored Pencils along with Black Felt and White Gel Pens on Parchment Paper.

A very nice piece. Shows even what seems like the most savage can still be civilized. You have amazing talent.

The work is impressive just by itself, the backstory makes it even better!

Thank you.

I'd write a story including all this, but I'm not the best writer. Although, a story would probably really help people understand my art. Guess my little short stories will just have to suffice for now.

What you did write is good, though. Would make a good basis for a much longer story.
