Originally posted December 27th, 2011, posted here with scholar's permission. scholar made these charts of the distribution of power in the galaxy. Each tier is within the "other human factions" of the one above it. For example, Acadia is 9% of 20%, or 1.8% of the total. This is why the smaller powers don't dare to mess with the bigger ones.Related content
