Early American Dad! may have sucked monkey balls but just like any other bad show it had "a diamond in the rough" episode every once in a while. Is this the best one? I don't know but I at least know it's better then most of the political shit it spewed.

In case you are unaware Early American Dad! hasn't dated very well. It was just so bitchy on how political and offensive it tried to be. Stan and Haley were constiantly fighting over political shit and Roger had no other personality than being a lazy asshole (not a likable one either). Seriously though I have no clue how this show improved I have no clue. Well I do but let's not go there.

I'm gonna mostly be talking about the A-Plot because to sum up the B-Plot, they make fun of handicaps, Haley is a total ass, and her mom is like Diane in "Chickens" only worse! The reason I decided to review this episode is more of spectrum type thing. Let me put this in prospective for you, this episode is the reason "LGBSteve" exist!

In this episode, Stan wants Steve to hang out with the popular kids instead of his "loser friends." After Steve fails at water polo by not being able to swim (Ahh I see "The Life Aquatic With Steve Smith" exist because of this episode as well) his dad gives him CIA non-tested steriods which causes him to grow boobs.

His dad decides to put two shirts and a jacket on Steve to cover up his boobs until they find a cure. Steve gets sweaty at school so he takes the jacket off when one of the popular kids see his boobs. And the episode plays out as you would expect they like Steve because of his boobs.

But the one thing you wouldn't expect is how Stan uses Steve getting popular as a "I didn't have it but I'll live it thru my kid" type thing. Also Stan got boobs to show him that's all the popular boys cared about, I see "Blonde Ambition" was watching as well.

Anyway this isn't a masterpiece and is kind of offensive but it was pretty funny and a creative idea. Where as I believe this is just the rough-draft for "LGBSteve" it's definitaly rememberable and has inspired several episodes. How weird is it this show has done so many cross-dressing episodes and I like every one of them. O.o Also I would have loved to see Steve's friends re-action to his boobs, Man what a comedic oppurtunity they missed.
