SAI is easier to understand, but PS has more tool options.

In my Opinion is SAI better than Photoshops, its easy to understand when you speak English(I see you can :'D), some Functions are difficult, but there a lot of tutorials to understand ^^

To be honest, I use Photoshop for a long time... but in design projects... never coloring draws.
My english is terrible... lol.
I bought a Wacom Bamboo Connect Ctl-470... I'm just starting drawing and coloring with it...
I have hand-drawn all my life ... then it is a new beginning.

Wacoms are really easy to handle, and they have Pressure-no Pressure, no good Pictures.
There is a 30 Days Test Version for SAI, it cost nothing, but you cant save your works...
