im new to sai too but i found out that all you gotta do is

1)save this picture

2)open it in sai

3)use the colour picker(the tiny dropper thingy) to pick up whichever color you want :3

4)you can save the colours on your palette/swatch if ya want :3

5)use them

umm hope i helped!! i just found this way by myself and it works pretty well

If you're a digital artist, you can download and use these colors as palette sample for drawings
I think it's useful, because =ryky puts highlights-midtone-shadow of each colour all togheter and they're ready to use

oh okay, thanks for the explanation. I tried to paint digitally once, but didn't practise for years after the first pictures I made. I didn't get so far as to achieve much of experience by then. ^^
