Also for the legs, I would go for the one leg behind the other. T shape stance posture. The way the legs are here make it seem like he is in the middle of a strange gait (upper body turned while walking) instead of being stationary while in a deep gaze.

I agree with most others on here. This does feel like a man. Something like Yuda of Fist of the North Star or Final Fantasy's Kuja. The slender body structure seems right but I would also widen the thighs too. As far as actual character there is an eerie calmness from his face and it seems like this character would make a great meticulous evil. Not much of a fighter but a plotter type. Maybe its just me.

Only one thing seems to stand out, the legs should be a little bigger. Don't fret dear, easily easily remedied. The facce is beautiful and I think it should be a boy just because of the facial features.

I think, HE (in my opinion) needs a little work from the waist down. His legs compared to the upper half of his body don't seem proportionate, and that's really the only problem I have with this. I understand if it is difficult to get the anatomy right for those kinds of things, I have a lot of difficulty drawing males as well. I really like the muscles, it makes me jealous how well you can draw them. ^^ Nice work. But yeah, that is my only advice to be given.

On ways to improve the character, I feel like his (I interpret this character as a pretty boy c left arm is a bit too long, but otherwise, all is well

Yay! Good to see some work from you again, hun
I also think he/she would be an awesome male character . . .but then, I have a weakness for long haired pretty boys~ XD
I happen to really like the top idea, open chested top . . .I think I would keep most of the design, even the shoulder bits, but maybe make it all kind of one piece (with the same open chest design, and maybe some tall leather boots :3) I dunno, just a couple of ideas that popped into my head.
