they both have good qualities...i like the pose in the second pic a little more but i like seeing the whole person rather than just the legs (even though they are very nice legs) but still they are both good

... I think you should trust your first instincts.
But... since you asked
I definitely think you nailed it with the first version.
At first I thought the left side where you are smiling together with the right side of the second where you see a tiny bit more of the knee, would be a better match.
but when I did a quick edit, I decided I prefer the smaller scale of the legs from the first image... I think there is a better balance between the two there.

BUT I am not mad at you... I do like that you only did it for me and obviously added all the information in the comment part..
Anyway...
I do like it switched too, because the one of me smiling was my favorite and I ended up just putting it with the first sock (right) photo that I edited.
I had to crop both actually, and the one without some of my head (the one we both liked better) was my favorite. But seeing as how I already did the other one with me smiling and put it with the other photo, I ended up putting the different cropped sock one with the next one I edited...catch my drift?
So it's a edit thing, really. Whatever was edited first.
As for the right images, with those I was trying two different ways to crop it. The one you used was tilted, if you can see the bed is crooked!
