Description The White-collared Lyretyrant (Menuratyrannus alba) is a small Indonesian Lyretyrant species hailing from Borneo measuring about 3-4 feet long. The male is a brilliant iridescent purple-blue, with white downy ruffs on his back and tail. His display plumes are bright iridescent blue, perfect for attracting mates in the dense jungle. Polygamous, the White-collared Lyretyrant takes several females as mates, and females raise their offspring as a communal pack. A predator of insects, small reptiles and small dinosaurs, it hunts by chasing prey through the undergrowth, using its knowledge of its territory's forest paths to outwit and surprise its prey.

Another Lyretyrant for the DotP project, as a way of getting back into the swing of things.
