Description
Portrait of a mother and child =cbordin did photos for. I used a combination of several similar shots to put together the piece I wanted to draw. Took just over a week. Much longer then I had planned upon, I thought I'd chosen a simpler subject!I find I am using Jasc Photoshop to work out my concepts before I start drawing. I've several other concepts worked out and just waiting for me to draw.

Ever notice how new born babies look like little old people? LOL.
He looks afraid here, but at that age he probably doesn't have any concept of what is going on anyway. This is beautiful though, the execution is great.
