Description
The Cross of Burgundy was a naval flag used by the Spanish Empire during the Habsburg period (roughly 1500-1700's), and on land into the 1800's.Photo by traumarei when we did a beach shoot last fall. It was Halloween weekend too so we played around with fake blood for fun. I also love historical flags!

This makes me squee every time I see it, but even more so now because 1) I still think you rock that Spain cosplay hard and make a sexy Spain and 2) the Habsburg period has become a lot more squee recently, so seeing you cosplaying Spain from that period makes me wiggle about happily......
