This took me awhile and it really shouldn't have...but this is my daughter, and I believe that is why it took me so long.
it's much easier to manip people i don't know
no stock.. just me, her, the park behind my house, my new 300D (which I still can't use well) and photoshop.
some of the detail is lost as usual since the print size is so big.

Charming! Very much the sort of work I like to do...but with your own unique flair. (I only work with people I know in my images...and yes--it IS hard to manipulate them!

This is my favourite one. More than the others it's well balanced, the colours are soft and the scene is well composed; the nice girl doesn't disappear among the effects, and the whole pictures remains clear yet fairy, romantic-faraway. A very nice picture. I love it beacuse it shows than a powerful scene is far more emotional and deep than any confuse-effected drawing.
Great use of photoshop - I just love this kind of work of art!

well, I know everybody already told you how beautiful your daughter is, but the only real thing i can do is simply restate it. I wish mine will one day look like yours. So sweet. so... child.
I guess it makes me miss my own childhood. I remember a lake in Africa, when I was 6, and a narcissus crown my mother had made for me. A white dress. And all the happiness in the world.
