Originally drawn back in '05. This is an original gag I came up with. Back then I knew Jim Davis didn't come up with anything similar yet, but knowing him recently and his habit of recycling old gags/rewriting them a bit, I would be surprised if he has done something similar now (I haven't been keeping up with the comic as much as I used to).

Anyways, this is drawn in pencil. Then I scanned it, made the lines darker (because the scanner made them really light), cleaned it up a bit, and I erased my (bad) handwriting and replaced it with text.

One of these days I wanna draw out the rest of the original comics I thought of....
