Love it! I remember seeing that beautiful cityscape before. I think you did a very nice job with the shading and layout.

I like the transparency of this, it adds to his mysterious persona and his ability to appear and vanish almost instantly.

Wow. Not every day Darkwing Duck pops up on DA's front page! Awesome! I love how his hat and cape blend into the background.

And that's a shame. He's such an awesome hero and such a great cartoon from the 90's. I miss it.

I'm surprised Disney hasn't attempted to give him a proper comeback with the recent superhero movie boom in Hollywood and their current desperate attempts to profit from the male demographic (why else would they want Naruto Shippuden and Marvel?)
Sure, there was the comic Boom had, but that wasn't Disney's idea. That was the folks at Boom reminiscing about Darkwing one day and deciding to give him a comic while they had the Disney license.
*sigh* Aw well, perhaps its for the best. I can imagine if Disney brought him back themselves, we would be seeing new animation along the lines of those cruddy DTV movie sequels. *shudders* No thanks!
