I love Kira! And I mean, why not make him a captain? He'd be devoted to Div3 and kind to new people ect. Hinamori should be captain too
But alas... who then should be the 9th Div captain? Renji? (I want him to be a captain) or Hisagi? (It would be unfair for him not to be captain)Screenshot from ep 89.

I say Shuu and Izu should be the captains of their respective divisions, and that Renji should be the captain of the 5th. I don't think poor Momo would be able to take Aizen's place, as much as she deserves it.

GAWD i am such a Kira fan girl, and I am kind of wishing the espada arc would just get over it and go back to some soul society action. I want to see more of Kira and see what happens after Amagai's little mishap. I would love to see Kira as a captain, but... I've got to say, he does show that he will risk his life and is definitely able to hold off an enemy, but... he isn't exactly able to be a captain, for instance... he's to passive and he's very timid as well. But if he can be an emotionless shinigami all day then he would make a great captain!

Kira is good, but not enough for a captain. For one, a captain needs bankai, and as far as we know Kira doesn't have that.
Kira is awesome though, I love how he can be so caring towards his friends and at the same time to hateful and cruel towards his enemies.
