They are Niborians. The mixed eye color serves a very important function in their social standing and status.
The only ones in the picture who DON'T have mismatched eyes are Nashota (Upper left female Wolfen) and Roslynn(Upper right female human).

A Niborian is an alien race from my novel I am working on. They have feline like ears, mismatched eyes and a streak of color in their hair.
(The odd colored eye and streak of hair are physical links to their Silent Paw and gives them their blood gift.)
As for the Wolfen... She is the other human like creature on Nibor. She is a gypsy/wolf shapeshifter.
