What an amazing Manectric artwork! There are several things I really love about this.
First, the overall style of the coloration is really something. It has a beautiful painterly quality that is just abstract enough but preserves the outlines of forms in all the right places (like Manectric's body). The way the colors are blended is just so pleasing to the eye.
Additionally, Manectric just flat looks awesome in your style! 
The other thing I really love about this is the scenery and overall mood of the piece. The blue/yellow/green scheme of the colors is very energetic and fitting to this Pokemon's electric type. The impressionistic style of the grass and flowers contrasts nicely with the more crisp style of Manectric, focusing attention on the Pokemon.
Overall, this thing is simply incredible. Keep it up!

That coloring is freaking awesome X3 !!!!!! ( I wish I could do that) But for the sake of honesty, I must say that the anatomy needs quite a lot improvement improvement :/
