AKA, (almost) everything I love about Amy Rose in one (well two) page(s). So many games in one page... Thumbnailing this along took a while, and then once I settled on a layout I still ended up rewriting some things a few times including when I was lettering the damn thing. But I tried to include as many key aspects of Amy's rolls in the games. I couldn't include everything because a) it wouldn't fit. and b) I don't consider all of the games canon with one another.

I'm hoestly quite surprised that I even managed to finish this in two weeks. It was the colouring that took the longest (it always is) but ugh, SO MANY GAMES! SA2, Heroes, Rush, Unleashed, Black Knight and Lost World. Geesh.

Some random things I realized while working on this:

- Amy is probably the first person to hug Shadow since Maria died (*feels like she's been punched in the feels*)

- For all Amy's sass and forwardness ("If I tell you, will you marry me?") she doesn't actually force anything (aside from death hugs) on Sonic - she wants him to accept and reciprocate of his own volition. And at the same time she's so used to him not doing so that when he actually does she reacts with a mix of surprise, awe and exuberant joy. It's adorable

- in SA2 both Amy and Tails legitimately thought they had just watched Sonic die. And both likely blamed themselves in that moment - Amy for getting captured and Tails for revealing the emerald was fake. (*punched in the feels again*)

- Shadow's "death" was the first time Sonic couldn't save a friend. Given how quiet he was and how he stood off away from everyone else while they talked I think that hit him particularly hard. And, of course, Amy's the one who notices something's wrong and goes to his side.

Now that this monster is done... I almost feel like I need to take a break from Pen Pals again. I have more comics I want to work on (both Before the Boom and random Boom-based one-offs) and This thing has eaten up pretty much all my free time for the past two weeks. I dunno... I'm gonna post a poll after this, let me know what you guys would like to see!
